Glastonbury inspired t-shirts. All Proceeds to Greenpeace!

By 22nd April 2020 Charity

T-shirts to accompany Kurt Jackson’s 2020 exhibition Art. Music. Activism. Kurt Jackson, Glastonbury Festival and Greenpeace at the Jackson Foundation Gallery, St Just.

Kurt Jackson has been artist-in-residence for over 20 years. In that time, sales of his Glastonbury paintings have raised over £250,000 for the festival charities Greenpeace, Oxfam and WaterAid.

Jackson has also been contributing artwork for official Glastonbury t-shirts for a number of years; to accompany this show we have produced Art. Music. Activism. we have produced two designs featuring Jackson’s festival artwork.

All proceeds from sale of these t-shirts will go to Greenpeace.

What’s more: This product is constructed from 100% organic cotton and printed in the UK in a renewable energy powered factory. Even better – this shirt is designed to be sent back (freepost) to the manufacturer, Teemill when it is worn out, to be remade into a new t-shirt, closing the fashion loop, Pretty Cool! Hi, we met you in Spain at Villa Magalean over breakfast last week. Just been looking on here and I see we have a festival in common. Very magical place. Had some great moments there over the last 22 years. Hope you enjoy Rioja.

    Hello!
Every year I watch Glastonbury and long to go.
I am working with my daughter on her painting skills as well as her drawing and art portfolio. She is 12 and I believe a talented artist working for an art scholarship (and because we love artwork and working together!) We are going to work on Kurt Jackson next. She loves sailing and the sea and I think she will love and be inspired by your work. She also loves music and dancing like me. One day I’ll take her to Glastonbury.
